Processing time: All orders should be fulfilled and dispatched no longer than 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: In the UK, the orders are usually shipped by Evri, DPD or Royal Mail. When items have already been processed and left the warehouse, they will be transported between 1 and 3 days to arrive at their destination.
To be sure that your items reach you in perfect condition and complete, we strongly advise against accepting a package from the courier if it is damaged, opened, or if the security seal on the jewellery box is broken. If you accept it under these conditions, Jewellery Legend disclaims any responsibility for irregularities related to the order, and the delivery company cannot be held liable.
Returnes Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to let us know the order number, and send us a photo of the item and its condition, before packing it for return, as well as a photo of the return shipping label, which you will have to bear. Unfortunately, Jewellery Legend does not assume the return costs under any circumstances.
To start a return, you have to log in to your customer account at https://account.jewellerylegend.co.uk, where you can submit a return request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer sales and deliveries world wide?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let know our Customer Service.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
To start your return, head to our returns page. Unfortunately we’re currently unable to offer free returns for our customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
