• Processing time: All orders should be fulfilled and dispatched no longer than 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: In the UK, the orders are usually shipped by Evri, DPD or Royal Mail. When items have already been processed and left the warehouse, they will be transported between 1 and 3 days to arrive at their destination.

To be sure that your items reach you in perfect condition and complete, we strongly advise against accepting a package from the courier if it is damaged, opened, or if the security seal on the jewellery box is broken. If you accept it under these conditions, Jewellery Legend disclaims any responsibility for irregularities related to the order, and the delivery company cannot be held liable.
